2008 was a great learning experience for me and has left me heading in a totally new direction for 2009! I am very excited to announce that I will be competing as a BODYBUILDER in the 2009 season. A whole new thought process, workout strategy and dieting plan have been set in place to prepare for next season. The only definite show I have planned is the Muscle Mayhem in May. Lot’s of journal entries will be written in the next few months as I take on my new endeavor. Let the fun begin!!

I am now working with a Sports Nutritionist who has graciously offered his diet plans and workout plans to anyone who might be interested! He has helped me as well as countless others prepare for competitions. Not to mention the daily clients who use his services just to get toned up and drop some body fat.
